| We at LaQue’s Hair Imports pride ourselves with our customer service and satisfaction. In the rare instance that you may feel dissatisfied with our products and need to request an exchange please refer to our policies below.
SHIPPING: Please note, we do not guarantee any delivery time on any orders. The time it takes to receive items includes Processing + Shipping Transit time. For example, choosing an Overnight Shipping service does not guarantee you will receive it the day after you place your order. All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2 business days or sooner. International orders and orders shipped to an air force base are not guaranteed 2-3 days for priority mail or 1 day for express mail. Please check with www.usps.com for shipping/delivery times according to your zip code. We DO NOT Ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. After successfully completing an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking information. ERRORS/DELAYS: Mistakes and delays sometimes occur and we will do our best to correct them. All shipments are made by delivery confirmation. In the rare instance a shipment has been lost, or delayed (due to weather and other factors) If this happens please contact customer service within 3 business days of the date of the estimated delivery date and a claim will be filed with the responsible carrier. Please order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. COLOR MATCH: Color charts and swatch pictures can be used as a guide only as the color quality may vary depending on your monitor's resolution. For the best color match it is best to purchase a color ring. Only certain colors are available for each item; therefore, always check the item's color availability. Please choose colors carefully as all sales are final with no refunds. Also, when dealing with 100% real human hair colors may vary slightly from batch to batch. RETURN POLICY: We will return or exchange only regular stock items. For health reasons, any used products will not be accepted as an exchange or return to prevent contaminated merchandise. We will only exchange hair extension products if the bundle is unused and remains untied, and in new condition for a replacement item. We do not refund on hair extensions. You may exchange in certain instances or receive a store credit.
Package your products properly for shipping. It is also advised that you purchase shipping insurance and delivery confirmation service to ensure safe delivery of your merchandise. We assume no responsibility for lost shipments. We will not reimburse your cost to send an exchanged item back to us except in the case of shipment in error. We will gladly exchange or issue a full refund for any item(s) shipped in error. Write your RMA number on the outside of your package. After we receive your package, allow up to 48 hours for your return to be processed. RMA numbers can assigned by phone by calling 1.866 851 4710 or emailing us at laquanda@laqueshair.comAtt: Returns Department Send return products with your RMA # to:Studio Q’s/Hair Ballers, LLC PRODUCTS EXEMPT FROM RETURN / EXCHANGE: Items that cannot be exchanged include: anything custom, clip-in extensions, and any or opened or altered packaging. It is not possible to modify or cancel an order after it has been processed. Items with different images/description (new and old packaging): IMPORTANT FEDERAL LAW: Due to important federal laws and health regulations, we adhere to a strict policy with regards to exchanging merchandise. All items sent to us for exchange will be inspected thoroughly. IF THE ITEM IS REMOVED FROM THE BUNDLE AND USED IN ANY VISIBLE MANNER, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY EXCHANGES for the merchandise. This includes combing, brushing, washing, dying, curling, braiding, spraying, wearing, etc. If such an item is returned to us, the item will be held for 10 days pending the product inspection and payment of shipping charges to have it returned to them. LIMITED LIABILITY: By accepting the terms & conditions herein, you, the consumer, hereby acknowledge and represent to LaQue’s Indian Hair Imports that you have the knowledge, experience, and/or license in cosmetology to use the products so the health and safety of the intended recipients is not jeopardized. Hair Kits and tools sold on LaQues Indian Hair Imports is solely intended for the use by licensed cosmetologists. The use of our products by unlicensed cosmetologists is PROHIBITED by LaQue’s Indian Hair Imports. BE WARNED the improper use, removal or installation of Hair Extensions can cause damage. LaQue’s Indian Hair Imports shall be released and held harmless from any liability from the use of its product contrary to the foregoing terms and conditions. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ON REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS. |
